Ordering & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders of $49 or more. For orders under $49, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your product and location.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Standard domestic delivery takes 5-7 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

What if my order arrives lost or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at russ.filip@doggodreamshop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. To start a return, contact us at russ.filip@doggodreamshop.com.

What items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods (dog treats), custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Are your dog treats made with natural ingredients?

Yes. Our treats are made with all-natural ingredients, no preservatives, and no artificial additives. We carry single-ingredient freeze-dried treats, USA-made jerky strips, yak chews, elk antlers, and artisan baked biscuits from brands like Wild Instinct Pet, The Pet Gourmet®, Lucy Loo, and more.

Do you carry American-made dog products?

Absolutely. We're proud to feature an extensive Made in USA collection, including fire hose toys, durable tugs, orthopedic beds, freeze-dried treats, and more. When you buy American-made, you're supporting local businesses and getting products that meet the strictest safety standards.

What makes your dog toys durable?

Our durable toys are made from tough materials including authentic recycled fire hose material and ultra-dense rubber. These are specifically designed for aggressive chewers and power players — brands like American Dog, Monster K9, and BetterBone lead our durable toy lineup.

Are your dog toys safe for aggressive chewers?

Yes. Our durable dog toys are specifically designed for power chewers. As with any toy, we recommend supervising play and inspecting toys regularly for wear.

Do you have products for senior dogs?

Yes. We carry a dedicated Senior Dog Health & Supplements collection including joint support treats, easy-to-chew snacks, and orthopedic dog beds designed for aging dogs who deserve comfort in their golden years.

Do you carry enrichment products?

Yes. Our Dog Enrichment & Slow Feeders collection features lick mats, slow feeder bowls, and enrichment toys from SodaPup — designed to reduce anxiety and provide mental stimulation.

Safety & Quality

Are your products tested for safety?

Yes. We carefully curate every product we carry with your dog's safety in mind. Our USA-made products meet American manufacturing safety standards. We do not carry products with known harmful ingredients, toxic dyes, or unsafe construction.

What ingredients are toxic to dogs that I should avoid?

Never give your dog products containing xylitol, chocolate, grapes, raisins, onions, garlic, macadamia nuts, or artificial sweeteners. For treats, also avoid BHA, BHT, ethoxyquin, propylene glycol, and artificial colors like Red 40 or Blue 2.

How should I store dog treats?

Store treats in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Avoid exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. Opened treat bags should be resealed or transferred to an airtight container and used within the timeframe indicated on the packaging.
