Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping (United States only):
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders $49 and over
- Shipping calculated at checkout on orders under $49 (rates vary by product)
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Standard domestic delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at russ.filip@doggodreamshop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
